Paški sir – Hard sheep milk cheese produced exclusively from Island of Pag sheep milk. Authentic and unique, this cheese is a pure delight and leaves a long and pleasant aftertaste to savour. The most famous and award winning Croatian cheese.
Sir s tartufima – Semi hard cow milk cheese infused with black Istrian truffles. Intense flavour, winner of two gold star award at the Great Taste Awards 2013.
Dinarski sir ekstra stari– Hard mixed milk cheese, matured min. 12 months, cow and goat milk from the Dinaric Alps. An excellently balanced flavour with mild farmhouse aromas with notes of floral undertones and a smooth finish. Voted the Best Central and Eastern European Cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2013.
Sir s ruzmarinom – Hard dalmatian cow milk cheese enveloped in a layer of fresh coastal rosemary leaves leaving an intense and rich flavour.

The tour program includes:
- Croatian, German or English speaking guide
- Welcome and introduction, to include the story of Sirana Gligora's world famous Paški sir and heritage of cheese making on the Island of Pag
- A guided walk through production, curing and packing rooms with explanations from our professional tour leaders. Protective clothing and footwear provided.
- Award winning cheese tasting on the top floor, with beautiful views of the island.
- Video presentation of our production with Croatian, English, Italian, French, Czech, Swedish or German subtitles
- Visit to our farmhouse store which besides cheese, offers a large selection of wines, spirits, olive oils and other Dalmatian specialties and souvenirs.

Vinery Boškinac wine tasting
While guests enjoy hearing the story of our wine cellar, they can enjoy the wine, Pag cheese, anchovies and other specialities. Wine tastings are particularly interesting for groups arriving on organised tours of the island, wishing to taste the island delicacies, and also for our hotel guests and individual guests. The Boškinac red wines have always been considered among Croatia's best, while the whites represent a special blend of indigenous and world varieties. Beautiful wines, according to true lovers of this divine nectar, begin the vineyard, and are the result of hard work and love for this unique work.

Visit to centuries-Old Olive Grove
The Lun olive groves represent a true oasis and one of the most scenic and beautiful corners of our island. Among the countless olive trees, there are about 1500 wild olive trees – Olea Oleaster – measuring about 5-8 metres in height and about 20 – 80 cm in DBH.
This area of wild olives, which covers 24 hectares of space, is the only one of its kind in the Adriatic Sea region and it has great botanical value. Due to its special characteristics, it was protected and proclaimed a botanical preserve in 1963.
